Jermaine blinks, hiding behind another sip of his tea. Sometimes it was easy to forget how differently the two them saw their dad…or at least how differently they processed their views of him. Neither position lacked in love, but Jake hadn’t spent the past ten years holding the shards of their father’s legacy together either.
